Shipping Timelines

Blank/uncustomized Products

Leave our warehouses within 1-3 business days and arrive in 1-7 business days (i.e. 2-10 business days total). Tough Duck products ship from Winnipeg, but most other products ship from Ontario. Transit time is dependent on your proximity to your product's shipping location.

Custom Products

Production time: 3 weeks from artwork approval

Shipping time: 1-7 business days from completed production (shipping from Ontario)

Total time: 3-4 weeks

Rush availability: please notify us in advance of finalizing your order if you need things in a shorter timeline. Depending on current production levels we may be able to accommodate shorter timelines.

We offer shipping anywhere in Canada.

Orders over $300 CAD: free shipping

Orders under $300 CAD: flat $15

We ship with Purolator and UPS. We only use Canada Post in the event we are given a PO Box address.

Returns Policy

All returned items must be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number
Any stock item may be returned
Custom, decorated (e.g. screen printed, embroidered, etc.) or otherwise not resalable items cannot be returned
All return shipping expenses are at the customer's expense; initial shipping fees will not be refunded
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of product
If RA#s are not obtained within 14 days of order being placed OR items are not returned within 14 days of obtaining your RA#, returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
